Building on years of manufacturing experience and advanced technology, we continuously research improvements in durability, thermal efficiency and environmental friendliness.

MAINTENANCE R&D Center (Korea)

Located in Korea, the MAINTENANCE R&D Centeris
a dedicated hub for R&D and testing, responsible for new technology and product development.

It covers product planning and design, functional verification, performance and quality testing,
and test-sample production ahead of mass production,and
securing technical completeness and stability in advance.

Technical data and verification results accumulated at the R&D Center
are shared in real time with the head-office plant in China,
minimising quality variation at the mass-production stage and
shortening development time while maximising production efficiency.

MAINTENANCE Co., Ltd. specialises in custom heat-exchanger manufacturing, based on its own plant in Korea.

With a low-volume, high-mix production system, we respond flexibly to diverse customer needs.

We hold strong expertise in prototype development and sample production, delivering precise quality and reliable lead times through advanced equipment and skilled staff. Rigorous quality control ensures optimal product performance.

Our Korean plant runs key processes in house — machining center, hobbing, CNC machining and welding —

producing high-precision components and industrial products reliably.
From low-volume, high-mix production to test-sample fabrication,

we provide a high-quality manufacturing environment from development through mass production.
