Cooling Module
Mounted in the engine room, it cools the coolant that has absorbed engine heat and the oil heated through hydraulic use. Made from high-purity aluminium, it maximises performance through new materials developed for higher engine output, lower emissions and tighter environmental regulation. Core specifications are selected to suit operating conditions and customer requirements. It is fitted to construction vehicles from Hyundai Construction Equipment, Doosan Infracore and Volvo, and is recognised for its quality.

As shown in the exploded view, a construction-equipment Cooling Module comprises heat exchangers with cooling functions — Radiator, Oil Cooler, Charge Air Cooler and Fuel Cooler — together with the Frame that assembles and secures them, the Shroud that forms the cooling-air path, the Surge Tank that regulates radiator coolant pressure, and other peripheral parts.
The Cooling Module is fitted in the engine rooms of various construction machines, where each heat exchanger performs its cooling function to ensure normal operation and full performance.Radiator
Radiator
A device that cools the coolant which has absorbed heat from the engine. Made of aluminium alloy, it offers excellent thermal conductivity and cooling performance. Modern radiators mainly use aluminium (Tube, Fin) and plastic (Tank) to reduce weight and maximise engine-room utilisation. We design the structure, inlet/outlet layout and materials to suit cooling performance and mounting conditions, meeting every customer requirement — and our quality is recognised as a result.

A radiator consists of Tubes through which coolant flows, Fins that release heat into the air, and a Tank connecting the tubes. A Cap ensures safety against internal pressure, and a Drain Cock is fitted to drain water from the Tube and Tank.

A device that cools high-temperature lubricating oil. Types are distinguished by the drive unit and oil type: Hydraulic Oil Cooler (HOC) for hydraulic drive oil, Transmission Oil Cooler (TOC) for transmission oil, and Axle Oil Cooler (AOC) for forklift axle oil.

Machined from high-purity aluminium, the Tube and Fin are assembled and vacuum-brazed, giving excellent cooling performance and durability while remaining light and easy to handle. Tube production has moved from the conventional drawn-tube system to a layered system using advanced technology, making the product more compact while also improving cooling performance. All products undergo pressure and airtightness testing to withstand operating pressure, and their quality is widely recognised.

As engines move toward higher output and lower emissions under tighter environmental regulation, turbocharger inter-cooler engines have become common. Using exhaust pressure, this device cools the high-temperature air compressed by the turbocharger via the inter cooler.
